We've been hard at work crafting a new and improved experience for you. Below are some of the improvements we've made.
- Website - Our all new website is being built with one goal in mind - YOU. The new site will allow you to log in, apply for a loan, and research a product faster than ever before.
- Mobile App - The mobile app is getting beefed up! Once launched, you will be able to do everything from one place, be it the mobile device, tablet, or desktop.
- One Username - After the conversion, you will use one username to see all your memberships, accounts, and joint accounts. No more logging in with multiple usernames to see everything.
- Mobile Check Deposit - Depositing checks has moved into the mobile banking app.
- Bill Pay - This updated view of Bill Pay will show you a calendar so you can see exactly what bills will hit and when. If you’re more of a traditional bill pay view kind of person, you can switch to a list view. It’s your choice.
- Budgeting & Savings Goals - Our new system offers budgeting and savings tools that are easy to use. Simply put in your savings goal name (e.g. New Car) and watch your progress as you move closer to your goal.
Log into Online Banking
If you're an Online Banking user, you will use the below predetermined password to log in for the first time.
Username - You will use the username of your oldest active membership account to login.
Password - You will use your birth year and last six (6) digits of your Social Security Number (SSN).
Example: 1975654321 (No spaces or dashes between your birth year and SSN).
At this point, the system will prompt you to confirm your identity and select a new password. The requirements of the new password are as follows:

Must be at least 8 characters

Must contain at least one lowercase letter

Must contain at least one uppercase letter

Mobile Banking App
If you're a Mobile Banking user, you will see our app has been updated to a white background.
Additionally, we have merged mobile banking and mobile check deposit functions into our new app, creating one seamless experience for you.
