The President and CEO of New Orleans Firemen’s Federal Credit Union, Judy DeLucca, is dedicated to upholding NOFFCU’s community-focused mission and expanding its services to eliminate barriers to financial services for our underserved neighbors.

DeLucca credits her mentors and experience in credit unions with instilling in her the experience to lead an organization such as this and the importance of how these institutions impact others. Recognizing the generational detriments of the black/white homeowner gap in the US has fueled DeLucca and her team to devise innovative ways to bridge the glaring wealth divide.
