CU Service Centers
Your Convenience Is One Of Our Top Priorities
In an effort to better service our members, NOFFCU has joined a network of shared service centers. These CU Service Centers allow participating credit union members to conduct their account transactions as if they were at their own credit union branch. By sharing facilities, credit unions can offer their members the convenience of many more locations. There are currently more than 1000 shared service centers across the United States. The following services are available to you at any CU Service Center:
- Deposits and withdrawals
- Transfers between accounts
- Check Cashing
- Loan Payments
- Balance Inquiries

Hotline
Hotline, our audio response system, gives you telephone access to your account 24 hours a day.
Call (504)889-9080 or 800-292-3232 to access Hotline for account and loan inquiries or to perform transactions such as withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
ATM Cards
Your NOFFCU ATM card gives you access to cash anytime and is welcome at any ATM machine with Pulse, CU24 or Exchange logos.

Our loan by phone service enables you to phone in loan applications for quick and convenient response.
To apply call (504)889-9090 or 800-647-1689 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am to 4:30pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Direct Deposit / Payroll Deduction
Save yourself time by having your paycheck directly deposited into your NOFFCU account.

Overdraft Protection
Protect yourself against accidental overdrafts with our convenient Overdraft Protection options.
Funds may be transferred from any NOFFCU savings accounts, VISA or Line of Credit to your checking account.
U.S. Savings Bonds
Redeem or Purchase U.S. Savings Bonds from any NOFFCU branch location.
