NOFFCU POLICY ON INFORMATION REQUEST
NOFFCU will never request personal or private information concerning your relationship with our credit union, (account numbers, balances, social security #, address, phone #, driver's license # etc.) through email.
If you receive this type of unsolicited email or request, please contact us immediately at (504) 889-9090 or 1-800-647-1689. This scam is a crime and will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission Office (FTC.) Additionally, we will not ask this information by telephone unless a member initiates contact with us for information about his/her account.
