The Address Change Form Usage Instructions

In order to use the Address Change Form, you must be signed up for eFire Online Banking.  Please select the option below which applies to you:

OPTION1: I am already an e-Fire ONLINE Banking User

  1. After logging into e-Fire Online Banking - click on the User Options Menu Item
  2. Click on the Address Change Form Banner
  3. Fill out the address change form and click submit

OPTION 2: I have never used e-Fire ONLINE Banking

  1. To log in to eFire Online Banking enter your member number and PIN # for Hotline as your password
    (If you are not set-up for Hotline please contact the credit union)
  2. Follow all online instructions in order to complete Online Banking registration.
  3. Once on the Online Banking Home Page click on the Secure Forms Tab
  4. Click on the Address Change Request
  5. Fill out the address change form and click submit
