The Address Change Form Usage Instructions

In order to use the Address Change Form, you must be signed up for eFire Internet Home Banking.  Please select the option below which applies to you:

OPTION1: I am already an e-Fire Internet Home Banking User

  1. After logging into e-Fire Internet Home Banking - click on the User Options Menu Item
  2. Click on the Address Change Form Banner
  3. Fill out the address change form and click submit

OPTION 2: I have never used e-Fire Internet Home Banking

  1. To log in to eFire Internet Home Banking enter your member number and PIN # for Hotline as your password
    (If you are not set-up for Hotline please contact the credit union)
  2. Follow all online instructions in order to complete Home Banking registration.
  3. Once on the Home Banking Home Page click on the User Options Menu Item
  4. Click on the Address Change Form Banner
  5. Fill out the address change form and click submit
