NOFFCU Emergency Information

If the credit union has to close some or all of its branches due to any emergency or disaster, you can still access your accounts through the following:

• Hotline - Free 24-hour Audio Response Teller. 504-889-9080 or 800-292-3232.
• eFire Home Banking - Free 24-hour Internet Home Banking.
• ATM - Your NOFFCU ATM card is welcomed at any machine with the Pulse, CU 24 or Exchange logos. ATM Locator
• Debit Card - Your NOFFCU Debit Card is welcomed anywhere you see the VISA logo.
• Credit Union Service Centers - To locate a CU Service Center near you, call 1-866-812-2872, or log on to www.cuservicecenter.com.

Note: In the event our offices are closed due to any emergency, we will waive all ATM fees.
